There is some furniture that would stay with the rental if negotiated during the lease. There is other furniture that especially in the basement that will be removed by the seller and discussed during the lease negotiations. The owner needs credit scores of at least 675 or higher and a complete application that he needs to review (Lower Credit score exceptions possibly can be made by the owner on a case by case basis) for this rental. Additional pet rent if needed will be determined at the time of lease negotiations if any. Immediate move in upon lease completion , certified deposits provided to the owner for the first months rent and security deposits. no more that 2 pets are allowed weighing no more than 50 pounds each subject to review by the owner.
